The spread of Covid-19 requires, in line with the directives issued by the Italian Government and local Authorities, to limit the number of people simultaneously present in the Consulate in order to protect the health of both visitors and employees
We therefore inform you that starting from today the access to the offices of the Consulate General is limited only to 4 persons among those who have booked an appointment for a service not available online. Access will be organized based on the hour of the appointment.
Any other person and/or family member will have to wait on the ground floor of the building, avoiding to occupy the space in front of the Consulate’s main entrance.
In the event that the service is requested by a minor, only strictly necessary parents/legal guardians will be admitted.
In the event that the requested service is not available online and does not require an appointment, the user will be received in order of arrival and according to the availability of seats in the waiting room. Priority will be given to those with an appointment.
For information of any kind, we encourage to send an e-mail to the addresses of the competent offices, which can be found on the “contact” page of our website. Only those who have been invited to the Consulate will be received.
Before entering the Consulate, the security personnel, in addition to the normal checks, will proceed to the measurement of the temperature. If a temperature above 37.2 °C is detected, the person will not be allowed inside.
In addition, all visitors will be asked to fill a “travel declaration form” for travel within the past 14 days.
We thank everyone for the cooperation.
