Following the entry into force of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 8 March containing extraordinary measures aimed at the contagion containment of the COVID19 virus and the implementation of smartworking methods, we inform you that starting from today and until April 5, the Consulate General of Italy will only receive by appointment for services that cannot be provided online, cannot be postponed and with an urgent nature.
In particular, urgent transcription services for the birth and issue of passports for newborns, renewal of expired or near-expiry passports will be guaranteed.
During this period, the ONLINE BOOKING system is suspended. An appointment can be requested via email at consular.dubai@esteri.it for consular services and at dubai.visa@esteri.it for the visa office.
In case of proven urgency, the competent offices can be contacted at the indicated addresses.
