The Consulate General of Italy in Dubai is located in the World Trade Center, on the 17th floor of the Sheikh Rashid Tower.

It is led by a Consul General and is responsible for the Emirates of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al Quwain, Ras al Khaimah and Fujairah.

The offices are open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9 to 12 (by appointment).

From Monday to Friday from 4pm to 10pm and on public holidays from 9am to 10pm, the emergency number +971 50 6563375 is operational and dedicated exclusively to Italian citizens and only for proven emergency situations. Calls for ordinary consular inquiries (passports, visas, etc.) will NOT be taken into consideration.

Outside the indicated hours it is possible to contact the official on duty of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation on +39 06 3691 2666.
In case of actual need, the official on duty of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation will promptly reach the officials of the Consulate General of Dubai.
